”The staff at the breakfast bar were really great and helpful. Having to pay for parking…really. That’s ridiculous!!”

”The view was awesome. It was quiet & beds comfy... However, the rooms had an unpleasant odor. We asked to switch rooms & the second room didn't smell as bad. I was disappointed in breakfast. Same thing & lukewarm. No flavored creamer except half & half for coffee from automated machine. No pancakes or waffles.”

”Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.”

”The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways!”

”Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional.”

”Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. We would not walk it though, since the area we would walk through did not seem safe to walk through late at night coming back. It has fridge with bigger...
