We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was phenomenal from start to finish—very responsive, accommodating, and provided excellent communication before and throughout our trip. The detailed check-in instructions, parking information, and photos made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.The house itself was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The game room was a huge hit with our family, and having access to the private boat dock made our time on the lake even better. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway in the Hot Springs area, I would highly recommend this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our family vacation such a great experience!

What a hidden gem! We really enjoyed how quiet the area was to relax and sit by the lake. The amenities were nice. The game room was really good. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the gas logs and enjoying the sunsets. Thanks for a great stay.

The lake view was wonderful, you feel like nature is at your front door and you can fish right off the deck. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of natural light; it's called Sunset Cove for a reason. It's within minutes of great restaurants and shopping. When we had a questions our host's response was within minutes.

This place was wonderful. very clean, water front. We were traveling with friends and since both rooms were twins of each other, choosing "who gets the smaller room" was NOT a thought.. we just had to decide who wants to be by the hot tub or the fire pit. had a great weekend.

Great property! It's in a quiet area but still close to food and activities within/outside Hot Springs. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Our kids loved the game room. Hosts were great, good communication and attention to detail. Everything was clean and the checkout requirements were reasonable.

Awesome!

We visit Hot Springs 1-2 times a year and this by far is the best place we have stayed! Much better than the outdated Hotels! Owners were so easy and even reached out to ask if there was anything that was needed out of the ordinary. Great place and great folks.

Gorgeous, Top Quality and So Relaxing

We loved it, Top of the line everything. Loved the thick fluffy towels. The beds and bed linens were so soft and plush, we’d like to know where they were purchased. The property is so quiet and peaceful. It’s decorated with a cool modern vibe.

My husband and I brought our fourteen-year-old granddaughter with us to the lake for a brief visit. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. The view of the lake was amazing and the hot tub was a nice amenity. We will definitely be back!

A little piece of heaven here on earth

As newlyweds my husband & I chose this property as an impromptu honeymoon getaway. We were highly impressed with everything about the property as it was flawless in every way & just a little piece of heaven here on earth. It was definitely what we was looking for to start off a long life together & we definitely will be back to enjoy it again.

Cute and relaxing place right on the water

Very nice and clean place. The host was also very responsive to us whenever we contacted them. The only thing I wish it had was some sort of shades for the main room/kitchen. It could get a little blinding when the sun was out. Would stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, lovely

Two adult couples for 5 days. The property was spotless, had amazing beds and linens, and the firepit and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen had the basics and there were plenty of towels and soap. The game room was a very nice touch and we spent many hours there. For others looking to rent, we had a wonderful time and the property met our needs perfectly. Of note: Three of us were small and slim in stature and were comfortable in the chairs around the table and in the living room. One of us was a bit larger (5' 10" and 250 lbs.) and he found that the chairs were a bit small for him.
