  • Täysin uusittu 3BR / 2BA-mökki, joka sijaitsee West Mountainin juurella, suoraan vieressä sijaitsevan Hot Springsin kansallispuiston vieressä. Kaikki tässä kodissa on aivan uusia, huonekalut mukaan lukien. Tila suunniteltiin uudelleen nykyaikaisemman tunteen perusteella; kodin historiallinen luonne on kuitenkin säilytetty. Tämä on erittäin hiljainen kaupunginosa ja siinä on erittäin rauhallinen tunnelma. Nauti metsistä ja villieläimistä etukannelta, jolta on näkymät kansallispuistoon! Super lähellä keskustaa Hot Springs!

    Kiinteistö on hyvin lähellä keskustaa Hot Springs. Retkeily Hot Springsin kansallispuistossa on saatavilla vain etuovesta! Jos olet maastopyöräilijä, uskomaton Northwoods Trail on vain muutaman mailin päässä. 10 minuuttia Oaklawn Casinolle. Koti on pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Ilmainen WiFi ja uudet älytelevisiot oleskelutilassa ja makuuhuoneessa. Kaikki on aivan uutta sohvalta, wc: hen, sänkyyn. Erittäin raikas ja puhdas. Bottom line, jos etsit viileää paikkaa rentoutuaksesi ja päästäksesi pois päältä ja haluat keskustaan sopivan paikan sekä vaellus- / pyöräilytoiminnan, nautit siitä todella täällä!

When we arrive in hot spring Arkansas at the address the location look just as it was described in the listening. If you want a location close to nature this is it in the woods. The rooms was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoy my stay. It's was a great getaway from time off from work. The host was very active if anything happened to help to correct the issue. We had a concern with the electricity there was an outage in the area we were staying at. It's time to go back home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Quiet and convenient

We had a great visit to Hot Springs! The check in process was efficient and smooth. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The location is amazing! It felt somewhat secluded, yet it was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent All Around!

Great place to stay while in town for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood. House is just as described. Easy check-in/check-out. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay again!

2024 Girls weekend

Our yearly girls trip, we throughly enjoyed our stay! It was in a quiet spot, easy access and every question we had was answered promptly. There is plenty of space, and it’s a perfect place to slow down.

Lovely house from which to explore Hot Springs

Family of 5 adults. We spent 6 nights at this lovely house. Quite comfortable for 5 people. Good location for getting around Hot Springs Springs.

Hot Springs long weekend

Very nice long weekend in Hot Springs Arkansas. The property was as described. Plenty of room for our family and comfortable beds. Everything was well stocked and the location of the property was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs.

A brief stay

We just stayed two nights but we had no problems. It looked liked it had plenty of stuff to cook with. It had plenty of bath towels. We would stay there again.

Close to everything

There were some minor things with the stay but overall I think it was a great stay. The grill should be replaced and the cooking pots are really old. It was quiet andpeaceful

Nice Stay

The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and set back against the woods, but the house is minutes away from coffee shops and other stores. The house was comfortable even with four adults, two teens, and two small kids sharing the space. The host was very responsive when our plans changed and helped extend our stay.

Nice little house

The area is nice & quiet. Some of the surrounding houses seem a little sketch, but everything was just fine and we had no issues during our stay. I do feel like as much as we had to pay for the cleaning that we shouldn't have had to do everything that we did, but that's just me. This may be customary to all short term rentals. This was our first time.

Great experience!

Our family group consisted of my husband and myself, along with, our grown son and daughter. We had plenty of room and more. Everything was extremely clean and in good condition. It is an older house that has been nicely updated. The location was near to all the places we wanted to see. I did have a couple of questions that were answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay here again or any other of the properties that Beau has! Thanks for the memories.

Quiet stay

The property is just as described. There is nothing fancy to it but the neighborhood is quiet, it was close to everything we wanted to do, and the beds were clean. The floors inside the house are not level and several things were just “off”, like the bathroom door scarping against the floor vent every time it opens or closes or the dishwasher door barely having enough space to open next to the oven door. Communication with Beau upon arrival and departure was good. Overall a nice, quiet stay.

Perfect for short getaway

We were in town for a softball tournament being held at Majestic park. The house had everything we needed. There were ants in the kitchen but with the ant spray readily available I’m sure they are working on that issue. I do wish there would have been some blackout curtains, the lights around the house shined through easily. Also the neighbors have dogs that barked during the night. Some of our group slept through it, but others woke up to them barking. Overall we had a nice stay. The house was clean and welcoming.

Good for 2 nights

Fairly conveniently located. A couple of issues that I hope the owner addresses:1. Quite a few small ants on the kitchen counter kept visiting.2. On the second night the neighbors dogs parked all through the early morning hours and kept waking up family members3. None of the baking pans were usable. Very old and even had rust on them

This place is strange. The floors are not level and it had a very musty damp smell. The couch was dirty and the bunk bed wobbled badly. After a couple of hours just sitting on the couch we got headaches, itchy eyes, and skin irritation. We suspect a mold reaction and sent a message to the owner through Vrbo. We left the place and booked a hotel instead. The property manager suggested that the allergic reactions might be caused by the cleaning products, but that couch looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. No refund offered and we paid full price for 2 days when we were only there 2 hours. Save yourself a big headache and book something else. This house is not right.

This place was not the cleanest. At first we thought it was tolerable but then we stripped the bed at the end of our stay and there was a pee stain on the bed. My parents thought they smelled pee at times when in bed but honestly thought it was just from being between two bathrooms. The floors are very uneven and broken or gapped in a lot of places. Also when you turn the oven on there is a strong gas smell. One of the windows was open when we arrived but we were not aware of it. We couldn’t figure out where all the bugs were coming from until that night when we found the window open. All the blinds were either ill fitting or broken so there were a lot of gaps. The neighbors dog barked most of the night the first night we were there and again at 6 every morning. The neighborhood did not seem like the best area.

Great location

I loved the actual property. The location of the area was convenient. The neighborhood left a lot to be desired. I loved the manager. Very fast communication. Probably not much he could do with neighbors. The property itself was average. Several ceiling fans didn’t work. Cupboard and drawers were dirty. I cleaned the cabinets myself and the drawer. I also felt for the charge for cleaning, there’s too much asked of the renters to leave clean. Obviously the person cleaning for the manager isn’t giving it a 100%. I disliked the front bedroom have a door to the outside. The blinds didn’t fit the windows so there was the ability to see in the house even with the blinds down. Over all it’s a 3. The neighborhood is very rundown with junk in almost every yard as well as overgrowth. I feel like the house is over priced for the area as well.

Host unresponsive with dm or calls till 5 days later. Got in late the first day of our 3 night booking and checked out the next morning due to all the issues (no refund offered). We had a mouse in the kitchen with droppings under the sink and by the dishwasher. There were bugs in every room. The queen bed is on wheels and not attached to the headboard and on an uneven floor so the bed moved around very easy. The flooring in the whole house is very uneven. The single bunk bed was missing hardware so it was too wobbly to put someone on the top bunk as it seemed unsafe. The beds are different than what is in the photos. The tub drain was backed up. The second bathroom sink did not drain well. The front door has large gaps around it and quite beat up. There is a larger hole in the floor by the king bed. The house has a musty smell throughout. There is mold under the second bathroom sink and in the vent/light fixture. The blinds are broken and torn up on multiple windows and most do not fit correctly. All walls in the house needs to be scrubbed or repainted. Door to the bathroom rubbed on the floor vent. Door to the bunk room sticks in the frame. Handle to the bathroom from the queen room is very loose, the kitchen faucet is loose and wobbly. The couch has stains and look dirty. The comforters and pillows in the rooms have stains. There is a hole in the side wall of the tub. No one in our party was comfortable with staying in this place. The listing misrepresents the property
