”Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. ”

”The lake was so much fun for a daily activity and the Hot springs attractions were right around the corner. There was no TV which gave us a chance to connect and explore the beautiful scenery around. I highly recommend going to Cascade Falls. Our dogs came with us and they enjoyed their time as well. The wild turkeys were everywhere and made the stay unique. The place was clean and just as described. They had delicious coffee and great soap ”

(3 night stay) We had a room with a hot tub in it, we had to run the water in the hot tub for 5 minutes because it was all rusty. Same with the shower, had to run it for a few minutes to actually get hot water, but it was clear. The bed was very firm. The couch was missing the back two legs. I told the one staffer the next morning that the hot tub water would not stop running. He said since it...
