Welcome!
Come inside and relax in our efficient condo and enjoy the open living area with the floor to ceiling windows with fantatic views of the main channel of Lake Hamiliton. Sit awhile on the patio and enjoy your coffee while the sun rises or the breezy afternoons in the shade as the sun sets as you take in the pool and activity on the lake as you enjoy a cocktail.
Our one-bedroom King size bed is comfortable and will help you get a good night's rest to take on the day whether you plan to do outdoorsy activities such as hiking, horseback riding or boating. Or taking it easy by the condo pool and boardwalk. Drop a line and try to catch some fish!
There are so many recreational activities to fill your day in historic Hot Springs.

We absolutely loved our stay in your condo! The location was perfect and made everything so easy and enjoyable. We had an amazing experience at Living Wellness (don’t let it being in a house fool you—it was wonderful!), enjoyed a great meal at Fisherman’s Wharf, and tried our luck at the casinos. This property had everything you needed plus more. The host truly thought of everything from house shoes, laundry detergent, snacks. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us—we hope to be back!

We come to HotSprings every year for Racing and relaxing. We have stayed a multiple properties over the years - and at this property twice. This property will be our yearly go to condo for the two of us. They have thought of everything you could need for a comfortable getaway. And access to the owner for any issue or question is quick and friendly. The location is close enough to everything and the area is quiet and safe. The pool is clean and the view of the lake is incredible.

Condo was super clean and everything you need is thoughtfully placed. Extra blankets, Kleenex, lots of towels. Bed is very comfortable and condo is quiet. Lake views are the best. Host was fantastic. The condo was stocked so we that we needed very little for our stay. Even house shoes were provided, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch. The view from the rear patio/balcony was incredible. My wife and I watched every sunrise over the lake each morning we stayed. Well will be recommending this condo to all our friends. While you stay, check out Little Italy, amazing Italian food!!! Bathhouse row is a must and the Quapaw bathhouse is an incredible experience.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. 600sf did not feel small in this well layed out condo. The king size bed was very comfortable. For a holiday weekend- everything was quiet, and the pool was great. Located close to everything we wanted.

Wonderful Place to stay! My wife and I took our anniversary trip to Hot Springs and it didn’t dissapoint. Check in was easy and the attention to detail in this place was great! It was the little things from the Coffee bar and supplies like plenty of detergent and dish washing liquid. Great communication and service we will stay here again!

We loved our condo! Check-in was very easy. The property was well-manicured and peaceful in all common areas. The condo was well-equipped with everything one could need, including a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig. The decor was perfect for a lakefront condo.
