Private & Cozy cabin with Hot Tub-Coffee Bar-Cowboy Pool

This tiny cabin located on 38 privately gated acres has much more to offer than a normal vacation rental. Whether you spend the day at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and spices, queen bed lounge area downstairs, crawl in cozy sleeping loft , a large bathroom space and an outdoor paradise. Sip coffee on the patio or make a cocktail and sit by the fire pit. Though it may be little in size, this tiny home has no shortage of amazing amenities that make it a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.
We are located in a rural area with a private gate entrance to the property so lots of privacy. This cabin has no shared spaces. Owners do live on property to ensure they are available when needed.
The Time Out cabin is a different vacation experience with an adventurous style of lodging. It has a full size queen bed/ lounge space downstairs and also a queen bed in the sleeping loft.

INDOOR LIVING: Queen bed lounge area, WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player and movies, air conditioning, ceiling fan.

OUTDOOR LIVING: private cowboy pool (seasonal/open May-October), hot tub, patio furniture, outdoor dining, pond, fire pit, fenced yard, charcoal grill, corn-hole game
KITCHEN: Well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, bowls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweetner, creamer, silverware, tea kettle, full-sized refrigerator, blender, toaster and spices
GENERAL: Each cabin is stocked with a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. We do provide Linens/towels, beach towels, books, extended stay, games, hairdryer, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, private entrance.
Security camera that records audio and visual 24 hours a day on parking area only.
PARKING: Room for two vehicles
No pets. Rental agreement available upon request and also sent after booking.

Everything was great!! The atmosphere was top notch. You feel like your far away from everything when in fact you're very close to Hot Springs. The owners are top-notch and very responsive to messages. They have a pet deer named Missy that comes around and says hi!! If you want to feel like Snow White...go and stay here!! The hot tub is very nice and extremely well kept. The coffee bar is well stocked. I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Owners were great. "Time Out" was wonderfully decorated inside and out. Great water feature outside with fish. Outside porch with hot tub. Additional deck with wading type pool. We WILL be staying there on all future trips to Hot Springs! Word of warning, watch out for Missy! She likes to sneak up on you (pet deer that thinks she's dog)! I can't think of a single negative thing about this place.

The property is lovely, location for us was perfect just about 15 minutes outside of town. If you are lookong for the perfect couples get away this is your spot. Checkin was a breeze they send the gate code and door code just before check-in. Kitchen you just habe outside grill and stove top but we werent looking to cook.

Cozy in a storm

We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.

Honest review

There’s a few cameras in the trees that record audio and video (per the 4pm check in email) It’s a bit off putting knowing that the owner can watch and hear your conversations. Once at the door to the cabin your met with lots and lots AND LOTS of cute little chalkboard signs with rules and the fines for breaking them. ( think professor Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter) kind of takes you out of the experience thinking about all the things you could be doing wrong. They were attached to every thing inside the cabin. One sign stated that checkout is before 10am and at 10:15am your card will be charged 75. Others were about how to clean up after yourself and how to put things away. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, shower is very open so it gets cold. 2 towels were given but they smelled like they sat in a washer too long. We chose to sleep up in the loft but bring your own blankets because all your given is one thin coverlet blanket. The first morning we made coffee and walked into the bathroom and came right back and there was a cockroach/waterbug sitting in the spoon. We immediately notified the owners and they promptly came to the cabin. I showed them the picture of the bug and they assured us that it was a water bug, not a roach. We decided to take their word for it and stay the rest of our time but that night while asleep a “waterbug” crawled across my husbands head and then down my arm where I squashed it. We packed up the rest of our things and left at 6am this mornin

We are not tiny house people

First the pros. The outside area is fun. Nice hot tub and the little pool would be fun if it were summer. Nice water feature too. The cons, the loft is really not practical for two adults or a couple to sleep. Because this, there is a bed right next to the front door which kind of doubles as a seating area. You will need to bring blankets the ones provided where inadequate. The bathroom sink didn't drain. This is a tiny space to occupy, however they made room for no joke about 25 signs telling you the rules and other information. I was a bit much in my opinion. Check in is later and check out are earlier than other properties which cuts about 2 hour off your time, however that wasn't a problem.
