After a full day of activities, come back and relax on the deck, grill or play a game of pool with family & friends.
The space:
Blend tranquility and convenience in our 2 story townhome. Cozy living room with sectional sofa and 55” Roku Smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout. All LVP flooring (no carpet). Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances. Half bath downstairs. Pool table on main floor. Outdoor back deck to take in the natural forest setting and enjoy views of Lake Desoto Creek and golf course. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom with Roku 32”Smart TV's, black out curtains. Desk and chair in 1 of 2 bedrooms. Full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower combo.
Guest access
Once your reservation is confirmed you will have access to enter Hot Springs Village at the Main Gate.
Other things to note:
The fishing area of Lake Desoto and outdoor community pool, basketball courts and tennis courts are within walking distance. Outdoor pool is seasonal (Memorial- Labor Day). Pool use requires a per person daily use fee payable at pool locations. Beach access is a short 5 minute drive. Please do not access the creek from our home, the slope is very steep.

Must be 21 years of age to book. No 3rd party bookings or you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be immediately terminated without any refund. OWNER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest or Guests: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere.
THE SUPERVISION AND SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS ARE THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL, OR PARENTS/ CARETAKERS ( IF MINORS) ON THE PREMISES, including but not limited to decks, stairs, railings, bodies of water and any and all other activities on the premises.
