With the split bedroom layout and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms you and your guest can enjoy some quiet time alone or meet in the large dining area to visit, play cards, or just enjoy a nice meal together.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances you will need, including an outside grill so grab some steaks and enjoy a meal on the patio table or inside.  You will be within five miles to restaurants and grocery stores.  This is truly the perfect location with something for everyone. The Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Cortez Golf Course.
