"Very clean, modern space, friendly staff, comfy beds. AC was fantastic during a heatwave. Conveniently close to public transportation and walking distance to key sights. Bathrooms do not offer much privacy but traveling with family/as a couple this was fine. "

"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment. Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail. While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."

"Self-service check-out was nice and easy but self-service check-in had some technical issues. I did receive help from the staff but what I don’t understand is if there is staff available, couldn’t they have just checked me in? Now I had to write down all the information myself while the staff was standing next to me doing nothing. That’s just weird to me! Anyhow the hotel was beautiful, clean and silent. Very good location next to the metro!"

"Hotellin sijainti oli matkan tarkoitukseen nähden hyvä. Hotelli itsessään hieman kulunut, mutta ei vielä sellainen, että se sinänsä olisi vaivannut. Sängyn patja oli epämukava. Aamiainen hyvä, ja henkilökunta ystävällinen."

"The room wasn't ready when I arrived. They asked me to come back in 1h. I came back 1h 15min later. Room wasn't still ready. They asked me to wait. I wasnt able to do so because of my duties in the city. So I had to go to my meeting without the possibility to go to my room to change my clothes, etc."
