”I have a mixed feelings about this property. My stay overall was good, but if to look separately at things, not really. Breakfast: all food, cold and hot, was not even a room temperature, but rather weather temperature, all the time, which is very dangerous. ”unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend ”

”Mövenpick offers free airport tranportation from Caticlan airport. Super polite transfer staff.
The location is not on White Beach but another beach further north. That was great as White Beach seemed busy and crowded. The hotel offers hourly shuttle to DMall at White Beach till late at night.
The best thing of the hotel is the dreamlike beautiful pool and beach area, the most beautiful I have ever seen. The decor - pool and beach beds, chairs and sofas are super attractive as can be seen...

”From meeting the staff at the airport to bidding them fair well, the staff was excellent. Good mornings from everyone, a generally upbeat and positive vibe from everyone. The beach was immaculate.
