”We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

”The cozy one bedroom hotel turned out to be a windowless closet. Because we objected so strongly to the host he was able to put us into a cottage since we were only staying for the one night. The cottage was acceptable except for the bed ..the picture on the website was not the room they were going to give us. Check-in said tell them you’re renting the front living room . There was just enough room for the bed and the toilet squeezed between two walls.”

”The beach was absolutely incredible & The location on the beach was fabulous. You walk out your door to the sand!!! you can walk for over a mile on the Lake Huron shoreline... The fact that I could bring my dog with me is why I chose this place.But I must include that The unit itself left a lot to be desired. It definitely needs a lot of love. It was clean, there were towels, There is new tile in the bathroom....There were dishes, a stove, a refrigerator but all very dated and old...If...
