”This is a beautiful historic inn. Shout out to Sandra, Brett and Veronica in the spa which is peaceful and well stocked. Robes are grubby looking but very warm whuch was needed. There was a scheduling mix up but the staff worked quickly to compensate for the inconveience. The check in desk was often busy. Lots of standing around and trying to fill out forms in a flimsy folder. Better to have a clip board. Spa was very clean. In the hotel, I saw room service trays and cleaning cloths left...

”This apartment is in the heart of Hot Springs with easy access to shops and the Homestead. Everything is walkable! Parking on-site or on the street was easy. The rooms were spacious and furnished well. The kitchen has a range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment is ont he back of the building with a view to the mountain and the creek. Very quiet.”

”Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience!”
