”Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. Traices of water damage on bathroom ceiling - mold smelled strongly. Pool area was closed. People smoked marohuana on parking lot. Dont recommend for families ”

”Water in floor, bathroom dirty, mold on ceiling. Had reservations for 5 days only made it one night and got a refund. I’d say stay somewhere else if you can afford it.”

”I liked how the staff was available at all hours. The breakfast being on the second floor was convenient for me. The thing I didn’t like was that the rooms were not deeply cleaned prior to my stay. My bed was made with covers that were stained (there was a blood stain on the blanket) and my pillows had a questionable stain on them as well. The room seemed as if it was not cleaned in between stays as we found a water bottle tucked into the entertainment center and obviously the sheets. In our...

This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”
