”Everything about the property is good”

”Property is at center of the town. Hotel staff is friendly. Good food in the restaurant. Not much place to walk around neighborhood as it is surrounded by shops of all types”

”Excellent stay! The staff are informative, professional, and very attentive. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Somnath who looked after my room — he was quick to help and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend.”

”The hotel is located very close to the airport which is practical for flights but not so practical for sightseeing. A complimentary shuttle to the center was offered 4 times daily, after 3 am, 11 am, around 4 pm and around 8 pm. No return shuttle in the afternoon. All staff is polite. Room is good size but dated (stains on furniture, problems with electric switches - one night had to click and push the switches quite a bit before I could get the lights off). Food was good (room service and...

”Clean and tidy room”

”Advertised to have airport shuttle on listing, but at check in was told by the front desk that there is no actual shuttle that goes to the airport, and were suggested to haggle with the booking agency to arrange for own transportation. Hotel is clean otherwise.”

”Good hotel, and nice rooms. Unfortunately we had to shift rooms as a lizard had managed to enter the room. Staff were friendly and nice”

”The staff were terrible. They were not helpful. Except it is close to golden temple I will not go again. There are many other good properties in the town.”

”We stayed at Ramada for 2 nights on a family trip to the Golden Temple. I would say the hotel is OK, far from the golden temple, newer construction. Rooms were fine however faced couple of issues, got one of the rooms flooded with water when it rained, toilets - pretty bad smell. I would though appreciate the staff was prompt and helped us switch the room twice - which wasn’t the comfortable part. Breakfast was fine, variety of options. In a nutshell, for the price paid it could have been...

”I booked hotel last night .first parking issue second all night wifi not worked and tv also.”

”I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name) Thanks Rajeev”

”The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good.”
