”Wonderful, spacious and comfortable property. Very quiet with a beautiful outlook over the countryside. Well-equipped kitchen so great for cooking. Golf courses were all within 20 mins drive, as are the range of supermarkets and shopping in Douglas, and Castletown Links is thoroughly recommended. Port Erin is lovely and we had delicious fish and chips there. A slightly slow draining shower tray and a rather dated TV were the only minor drawbacks but we'd return in a shot! Thanks for having us.”

”Absolutely loved everything about this property, the host Elaine and the Isle of Man. Balladuke farmhouse was exactly as listed, but the extra mile that Elaine goes to for her guests is just outstanding. Would return there in a heartbeat!”

”Hyvällä paikalla. Lentokentältä tuleva bussi pysähtyi vieressä ja lauttaterminaali aivan lähellä. Huoneesta loistava merinäköala. Kylpyhuoneessa sekä amme että käsisuihku. Aamiainen runsas.”

”Had a nice stay at this family run hotel. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast.”

”Tosi ystävällinen palvelu ja kiva henkilökunta. Rakennus on vanha, mutta asiallisessa kunnossa. Sijainti oikein hyvä, Promenaden lähellä ja muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä TT-varikolta.”

”Excellent location near shops, eating places and attractions. The Atrium was unique and it was wonderful having a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Superb breakfast and would Bonzai, the restaurant attached to the botel.”

”It's a very clean hotel, the ownership is very friendly and helpful. It is not a modern cookie cutter hotel or building. It is the Victorian era. It is not fancy in modern terms. The stairs are steep and narrow, they way they were done at the time it was built. I would like more lighting on them. Breakfasts were good and satisfying. I had plenty of hot water. ”

”Kun matkustaa m-pyörällä, on vaikea tietää missä on ja milloin. Kelit ym. vaikuttavat matkan etenemiseen. Varasin huoneen ollessani lautalla, matkalla Man-saarelle. Kriteerinä; lähellä satamaa, onnistuimme saamaan ihanan hotellin, läheltä keskustaa. Great ! Hyvä aamiainen, siisti huone, rauhallinen sijainti.”

”Huoneeni oli tilava ja siisti. Rakennus oli vanha, mutta huone oli remontoitu nykyajan vaatimukset täyttäviksi. Rappuset huoneeseen oli tosin kapeat (mutta hissikin oli). Aamupala oli ilmaiseksi hyvä (muroja, jugurttia, paahtoleipää, mehua, teetä ja kahvia). Respa oli auki vain aamuisin. Muina aikoina sitä hoidettiin etänä läheisestä hotellista, joka oli ihan toimiva järjestely. Aulassa oli puhelin, jolla etärespaan sai helposti yhteyden.”
