”Strong mildew odor as soon as you walk in the door, outdated, strong smell of smoke. The breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal and bananas. The facility was clean and ac worked good but with the humidity everything felt sticky and you felt unclean.”

The attendant, in her pajamas, helped a man paying for an additional week's stay. She ignored us, clicking slowly on her computer mouse, no eye-contact. I was about to interrupt her game of solitaire when she dead-panned, "may I help you." It was not a question. My teen daughter and I decided to join my son for freshman move-in....

”Floor was extremely dirty . The bathtub faucet leaked in a steady stream. Enamel in bathtub was peeling. Signage outside building was Red Roof Inn.”
