”A beautiful family owned historic home turned into a boutique hotel! Breakfast was home cooked. Close to historic downtown! The property owners weee very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs! Highly recommend!”

”This is one of the best hotels in Cuenca. They put a hot water bottle in your bed. It’s amazing, and there really isn’t service like this in most hotels. Also, the garden is really nice. I will definitely be back.”

”As always, the Oro Verde Cuenca is the best place to stay. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond. I brought my fiancée, our just turned 6 month old daughter, and our family dog to celebrate my daughter 6 month birthday at the place were we brought her to right after she was born. The hotel manager and staff recognized us since we always stay there, and they brought us a delicious cake and gave our dog a lovely toy, snack, and doggie bed. ”I made a complaint of this hotel due to they charge me of staying in hotel, even I have paid via ebookers the bill of staying in hotel.
Other things in hotel are that there were thin walls and all noise was heard from outside and also from hotel lobby and restaurant until late evening.”

”I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They overbooked my room, leaving me without a place to stay for the night. Despite the significant inconvenience caused by their error, they promised to refund my reservation but failed to follow through.
Very unprofessional. Not only did they leave me stranded, but they also refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I feel completely cheated by their false promises and lack of accountability.
