”Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff. I booked a classic room which was spacious and nicely presented. Appreciated the addition of room service after a long journey and a well presented breakfast the next morning. Exceeded my expectations actually”

”Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

”We loved the staff at this hotel. Everybody was smiling friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was quiet with very comfortable bed and pillows. The food was good. All in all very welcoming and a lovely stay for us”

”Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!”

”It was creepy. Had no idea that the hotel did not have a reception. I understand people who are homeless must sleep somewhere - I completely get that. So, to have them guard the entrance door with no reception staff on site, was slightly worrying. I couldn’t stay there and left early and they refused to refund one nights stay as a gesture of goodwill. Would never ever stay there again. Ever.”
