”Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, hyvä pysäköinti, siistit mukavat huoneet, sijainti mukavassa ympäristössä. Vauva oli huomioitu, oli vauvalle häkkisänky, lakana ja pyyhe. Tarjolla oli myös tee ja kahvinkeittomahdollisuus ja tarvikkeet.”

”We had an amazing time here. The room was good, clean and smelling fresh. Shower was good, air-con. No complaints.”

”I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...

”lovely clean modern rooms with balcony! Comfy beds, fab bathroom with powerful shower (: Great customer service. Only negative for me was that the pillows were really hard but im sure if i had asked they would have provided a soft one. Would definately stay again if I was visiting Colchester & I dont often like a place enough to want to.”

”Good location for Ipswich, room was very clean. Window's were not very good! Old style double glazing. Shower was not very good, no control on temperature and no pressure. Mattress was okay but could do with a new one.”

”El hotel está súper bonito, súper buena ubicación, solo que nos tocó un cuarto sin aire, nos prestaron un ventilador pero teníamos que dormir con la ventana abierta, mucho ruido afuera, el personal del restaurante y del bar muy bien, pero de recepción no fue el mejor! Los cuartos están muy bonitos!”

”Stayed here several times before and always really pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Sadly this stay fell way short! For the price paid for room only I would expect more! Poor lighting, no full length mirror and blind that were broken! Would take a lot to make me return!”
