”Our first trip to Sayulita and this couldn't have been a better place to land. The location was perfect, so close to the center of town and the beaches, but nestled among the tropical plants surrounding the property. Communication with both the owner and property manager were flawless using WhatsApp. They responded quickly to every question. ”This not a 5 star resort. The property looks very nice and has great access to the beach and is not far from the airport. When we checked in, we were greeted by a nice host that went over the property with us and told us that we have a $500 resort credit. The credit cannot be used for spa treatments or outside expenses. We can use it for things like late checkout. This turned out to be a lie and the complete opposite. When I went back to extend my check out, I was told its a $300 MXN fee. Not a...

”The hotel it self was ok was in the middle of nowhere we in between to car dealership no beach no food except people yards was cover with flys so we left after one night and found somewhere closer to more stuff the staff was friendly the rooms clean”
