”The room was quite large, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were courteous, but the person who helped me at the front desk was new and it took a while to get checked in. The bathroom was nicely renovated but the shower head needed to be replaced. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Stayed here to watch a game at Camden Yards and the location was perfect. However, our room was uncomfortably warm and we were unable to cool it down. When we mentioned the air conditioning problem to staff, we got the impression that heating and air are reoccurring problems at this property.”

”First room the air didn’t work, second room the lock was broke, 3rd room was fine but the area is just so dead now and there is no free breakfast or pool so nothing that would make me want to stay there again.”
