”We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Hotel, Baltimore Inner Harbor. The staff was great! My husband unknowingly left his wallet there and they called us to let us know. Once we returned home, I realized we left some valuable items in our hotel room and they confirmed that they did have the items and worked with me to have them shipped to me. ”

”This hotel is the perfect location for visiting the Orioles stadium and the Inner Harbor. You can easily walk to both. Convenient parking garage attached. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. There are two restaurants, a steak house that we didn’t try, and the more casual grill with a friendly bar, which was great. Service exemplary throughout. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
