”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Our stay was great. Depending on the room given, distance to the elevator is not ideal. We were on the completely opposite side of the building away from the elevator on the 7th floor so stairs were not really an option with all of our items. Parking is not included with stay and very expensive if garage under hotel is used. Best to use the parking across the street.”

”I did NOT like my room. It was the last room on the floor located next to the exit door and laundry room and the laundry was loud for 2 hours in the middle of the night. In the future it would be helpful to notify guests of the location of that room so that they can have an option to change based on their noise tolerance level”

”This location is my go-to when going to Baltimore or staying overnight after a concert at the CFB Bank Arena. Parking can be hard if you're trying to do valet, but there is also a parking deck directly across the street that you can safetly park at. Staff here are friendly and helpful, amenities are wonderful, and overall it's a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a delicious breakfast available in the morning and coffee/water available all day. Highly recommended!”

”The hotel was in a good walkable location in the inner harbor.”

”The hotel itself was in a perfect location, very nice hotel but they gave us a room with a clogged toilet. That management had already known and we only find out because of their house cleaning staff. That was very disappointing.”

”Staff very helpful and pleasant. Especialy Carlton. He was there working his tail off from early morning until late night doing everything from helping with luggage to cleaning the common areas to providing a much needed deck of playing cards. A real nice person. Building is old and our room had a slight musty scent but nothing that we complained about. Breakfast was decent, no complaints there. I would recommend avoiding the expensive cocktails and sticking with wine or beer. Either that or...

”We paid nearly $500 for 2 nights at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor and were extremely disappointed. The curtains were disheveled, the bedding had what appeared to be a bloodstain, and the room was freezing with only thin blankets. The refrigerator and light above it didn’t work, the bathroom made loud noises all night, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Housekeeping changed the bedding and provided another blanket after we complained, but these issues shouldn’t have existed in...

”Very nice stay , front desk a little nervous or frustrated but he was nice”

”My family are frequent visitors to this hotel and we have always had a good experience from the clean room to the pleasantness of the staff. All establishments have mishaps , but they go out of their way to rectify the situation to the best of their ability.”

”The room was clean but be aware that this location is a bit sketchy. It’s the kind of location where police hang out near the lobby. To be clear, we did not have any issues with our stay, but I was taken aback by the police activity.”

”Great location, pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room”

”Siisti, nykyaikainen ja suuri huone. Hyvä sijainti konferenssikeskuksen ja Inner Harbourin lähellä.”
