”I've stayed in several hotels in Baltimore over the years. The Royal Sonesta is definitely my favorite hotel in Baltimore. It's clean, the staff are kind, and best of all the hot tub feels incredible after a long day. I wanted to try their cafe becuase they have Italian coffee but I did not have the chance. I will definitely return next year. What other hotels offer this many services?”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.”
