”Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

”Facilities was safe , internet was not working, main light was not working , main door minor damage.”

”The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. ”

”My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows. We will never stay there again. And someone needs to...

”Great place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms with great beds. Super hot water. Continental breakfast is nice. Everyone on staff is very friendly. ”

”The property is going thru renovation. So there were new mattresses, Lounge chairs all over the breakfast area. The pillows are a joke. The Room Keys didnt work 3 times during 1 night stay and breakfast was very ordinary.”

”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”
