”Four Seasons represents beyond excellent customer service, and Four Seasons Bengaluru is no exception. Staff makes you feel more than welcomed, like part of the family. Front desk, spa, room service and restaurant staff are more than professional and helpful with everything. Unfortunately as it's such a new hotel, some of the facilities like restaurants on upper floors were not yet open, but other facilities made the trip worth it for sure. Room was lovely and new, and the athmosphere overalll...

”Alue hotellin ulkopuolella ei ole oleskelun arvoista. Ainoa positiivinen on vieressä oleva uusi metroasema muuten ruuhkaisen kulkemisen helpottamiseksi. Hotellin sisällä on kuitenkin toinen maailma. Puuttuu minibaarin täyttö mutta pullovettä aina saatavilla. Hotellin tupakointitilat erittäin rajalliset. Uima-allasympäristö ei ole kaikkein viihtyisin - eikä muita uimareita näkynytkään.”

”Great hotel, easy access and very quiet. I felt safe walking around and the staff was super nice, attentive and always asking if we were ok, helped us a lot with the car booking and directions. I recommend this hotel a lot. My partner use the gym and he was happy with the equipment . Pool area is lovely and clean. The food was well presented and delicious !”
