”Worst hotel ever. We ordered airport pick up and cause our flight saa delayd, we missed our car, cause they don’t wait. White sheets was very dirty. And the pool area was very poor! Many nice photos here, but reality wasn’t that good! Hotels restaurant Lyon was poor too, very slow service and they don’t know how serve group (4persons) I never get my pizza, cause they was that slow, and our car left to airport.”

”I returned to this hotel, with my wife, daughter and son's girlfriend, to share this wonderful hotel stay experience. All of them confirmed this is a very good hotel. The staffs are professional and friendly. Not forgetting Ms Isti's impressive working attitude. She cooked the delicious Mie Soto for my wife and daughter (breakfast) at 6:00am. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The sea food fried rice was tasty.... we loved it. The cleanliness of hotel room especially the beds...
