”The Pool was full of bugs, and there was a massive Wolf Spider crawling around the hot tub. Multiple lights in our room didn’t work.”

”I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned us away. Just got into town late and had to place other to stay”

”Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head. ”The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future ”

”The Hideaway is my go-to place to stay when traveling through Kansas. Terri always provides bottled water, snacks and a very clean space. This is a cute, charming stop with a fenced back yard in a quiet neighborhood. I will be back again and I give Terri 5 stars for being a great host.”

”The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly.
