”It turned out to be an excellent spot to meet our friends & family. Great spot for shopping, loads of fusion & non fusion restaurants, heaps of cafe's to choose from. For those not driving, there is a station close to the apartment. Yes yes, the trains can be disturbing only if you are a light sleeper. But its managable. ”Communication prior to arrival and during was polite and friendly. We were met upon arrival and were escorted to the apartment. In the kitchen was coffee, tea & chocolate. The apartment was clean, neat, well appointed. In the bathrooms were shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soap, toothbrush, etc. It’s close to shops and restaurants, plus a short walk to the train station. It is secure and quiet. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return. ”

”The entire booking process was cumbersome / U had to provide copies of my drivers license, and screenshot of bank statement to prove payment. To get the keys I had to collect keys from a service station some distance away, wait to ensures keys were “scanned”. The apartment was dirty, outside area not able to be used and was filthy. I constantly received messages reminding me to ensure I left by 10am. When leaving had to drive to service station again, wait for key to be “scanned”. Terrible...
