”The room itself was great, and check-in was quick and easy. However, the biggest downside was that only one elevator was operational for the entire weekend. This created long wait times, especially during check-in and check-out when guests were also trying to use the luggage carts. I initially assumed the elevator was temporarily out of service and would be repaired the next day, but it remained unavailable throughout our entire stay. While the room met our expectations, the elevator situation...

”Room was very spacious with sofa and armchair. Small kitchen was good. Beds little bit too hard for me. Stunning view. Very nice place! Breakfast basic, but it was complimentary. Easy parking. (Lift to the room from garage.) Front desk staff ok, not so friendly but ok. Would recommend! ”

”You can write: I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The shower was amazing and definitely one of the highlights. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks, the convenient parking, and the reliable Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation to New York City. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again....

”We stayed for 3 nights the hotel is huge. Sheets, rags, and towels need updated but everything else was pretty good. Those cookies are phenomenal!!! Lots of traffic once you pull out the parking lot”

”We booked the room through Expedia. The room we booked was a king bed with a whirlpool bath. After checking in, the room we were given was not what we paid for. After trying to fix the problem with the staff on hand, we were not honored what we paid for. Cheap excuses were given and we ended up staying at another hotel with the help of Expedia. While the location was nice and the room looked very clean, I would not recommend this place based on the bad experience we had with the staff member...
