”Mattress was worn out. Breakfast was okay.”

”It was beautiful but quite expensive. There was no housekeeping included so trash was not picked up and the breakfasts were grossly overpriced!”

”It's a perfect stop on our little Berkshires trip. The Inn had everything we needed and more. The property was beautiful, and the staff was beyond helpful. We will certainly be back.”

”Nice establishment with great staff. Good heated outdoor pool. Great location. Great activities all seasons. Apartments are well-worn and are not pristine. Not for clean-freaks. Nicer than a college apartment.”

”The room was incredible. Just need to be a little friendly at the arrival.”

”Beyond amazing, we loved it so much!”

”Lovely hotel, very peaceful location. We were able to walk to restaurants, which we really appreciate. Would return again.”

”This is a great hotel.. likely the best place to stay in Pittsfield. Just an overnight stop so not time to get a good read on the area but a good option for the Berkshires if you you don't want to pay the Lenox/Stockbridge premium.”
