”Our room didn't have any hot water the first night. We stayed 2 nights, they never cleaned the room. We were not told there was a button with a light that tells them to clean or not. We should have been told that upon arrival. ”I as well as seveal people could not get seated at Carrie's Resturant. We finally just left and went to eat somewhere else.”

The girl at reception was not serviceminded. The hair dryer was...

”Place provides free use of washer and dryer - novelty. The bar has Kareoke-be forewarned . Seems to be a neighborhood hangout.”

”A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available.”
