”Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”

”Mukava hotelli hyvällä palvelulla ja mukavuuksilla. Saapuessamme vastaanoton virkailija (nainen) esitteli hotellin ja otti meidät vastaan todella hyvin. Huone tilava ja näköala vuorille rentouttava,täysi aamiainen kaikilla höysteillä. Kylpylä ja hoidot hyvät sisältäen Suomalaisen Saunan!”

”It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

”We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola. ”

He eivät myöskään tiedä, että hotels.com lähettää asiakkaalle viestin, jossa kerrotaan, että maksu veloitetaan kortilta ja hotellilla on 0 euroa maksettavana. Kohdallani kävi nimittäin niin, että hotellilla minulle kerrotaan, ettei maksua ole tullut ja korttini on invalid (!). Korttimaksu ei onnistu myöskään hotellilla johtuen puutteellisista tietoliikenneyhteyksistä ja aina vaan syytetään epäkelvottomasta kortista...

”A very good stay! Definitely recommend it. Close to the gondola and the shops. Staff is very helpful. Very spacious room. Food is very good for half board option. The hotel falicities are pristine. ”

”Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. ”
