”Not awful but you just need to be aware of the shortcomings which are not really clear in the listing. Rooms have no windows and thus no natural light or ventilation. Walls are paper thin and the accommodation is part of a diving school so there is loud noise from about 6.00am with people upstairs walking above, doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hall. We could actually clearly hear some people facetiming in the common room one afternoon. Great location though and the staff (Hanna...

”Although a beautiful building from the outside, the Guest House is looking a bit tired on the inside. We never saw a single person neither hotel staff nor another guest during our stay, which made for a rather strange experience. The room was small but reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Wifi ok, but not many power points in the room. Queenscliff itself is a gorgeous old-style Australian town with some interesting shops and beautiful buildings.”

”The property was chosen as a site for an informal work retreat for 18 people and worked wonderfully well. The comparatively small group were able to have a room each with sufficient bathrooms. The open areas worked well for the meetings and discussions and the kitchen was perfect for group meal preparation. Everything was clean and tidy and we were introduced to the property by the attentive property manager who checked to see how things were going.”

”Hello allA group of old school mates from the early 80’s (All Old Xav’s)……were playing in a golf competition at Lonsdale Golf club! The Manley Masters! We decided to stay at this house as it was located close to the Golf Course and easily accommodated 6 to 10 overweight and semi-retired over 60 year olds. The house was very clean and ideal for the 6 plus blokes staying there! The beds were fine including the bunks…Only problem was the snoring!Big smart TV and great heating!Sufficient toilets and...

”We had a wonderful winter break at Brad’s place. Perfect location within walking distance of shops and wharf. Beautiful views. The house is older style but was super cozy and had everything needed and bonus the beds were so comfortable. Bikes were also a great and bike track was just across the road. All the extras in the pantry and coffee pods were much appreciated. Brad was very helpful and we appreciated the flexibility of checkin and checkout. Would definitely recommend”
