”The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that ”

”We had a great stay here, lovely quiet area, we found on a last minute stay and it’s a little gem, it’s a short drive to Skegness as that was our intention for the stay however we didn’t mind that, it’s nice that they accommodated for more than 2 children in the room share as we have 3, the owners are lovely and made us feel comfortable from the get go, the only issue we had was the shower, we found the water was far to hot to shower the kids even on the lowest setting which would have been...

”Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”

”The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”
