”Stayed in Boston, Lincs. Great hotel. Stay was made awkward by the annual fair being in town!! Town centre roads were closed, and it was really noisy until 11pm. ”

”The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that ”

”Was good place to stay for night on business no complaints but i had to call when i arrived has had no details sent through beforehand about how to get into the property but was sorted straight away.”

”Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh ”

”Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. ”

”The property was a decent size and felt more like a small home then a static. The furnishings were of a high standard and we were impressed with the maintenance of the hot tub being checked twice a day. The beds were comfortable and a decent size and there was plenty of hanging space. The resort was really peaceful although this meant there were limited facilities.”

”The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again.”

”Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”

”Nice room with desk, table and chairs. Ajoining room with twin beds. Nice quiet remote area. You need a car to get around. Hazel the owner is a lovely lady and very helpful.”
