”Staff were not polite and not helpful after hours”

”Perfect stay”

”This is a tired hotel. Reception was fine, the walk to our room past chipped paintwork and on faded carpet led to our room which had rusty hinges in the bathroom, a rusty plughole in the sink, and an extractor fan that was not working. On the positive side, comfortable bed. We did not pay a fortune for the room and it was only a one night stay. Just needs a bit of TLC”

”Have booked the victoria before , the family room, used to hear good reviews, but they appear to be islamaphobic. They charged me extra £50 deposit which was never the case pre-election. Also, my internet had stopped working nor did they include breakfast. Moreover, they tried taking an £20 deposit despite agreeing prior that they wouldnt charge extra if we checked out at 12pm. Let us see if they return the deposit. Also the floor was really filthy in the family room, it needed hovering. ...

”Hotelli ihan ok, mutta alue ei ollut turvallisen tuntuinen. Olimme maksaneet koko viikon majoituksen, mutta yövyimme vain kaksi yötä ja vaihdoimme pois Bradfordista koska siellä ei ole turvallista olla.”

”Property/rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast was adequate,choice cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Also hot choice of scrambled egg,beans and sausage.”

”Great stay and shout out to Jay on reception for the brilliant welcome and information about the hotel. The room was a bit dated (the carpet looked very old) but it was clean and for 1 night did the job. A nice breakfast selection as well. Would go back.”

”Perfect stay! Cosy room on the attic, luxurious bathroom with bathtub. Nice premises, good breakfast, perfect location in idyllic Haworth.”

”We stayed on one of the warmest nights this year. A fan had been put in our room earlier on to ensure it was lovely and cool. The room was a good size. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Parking is a plus. Good food in the pub too.”

”Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zeit zum einchecken ist mit 14 Uhr angegeben. Musste diesmal fast noch eine Stunde warten bis aufgemacht wurde. War nicht mein erster Aufenthalt dort und werde auch weiterhin dort übernachten.”

”Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired.”

”Food was great and bar was well kept. Bed was comfy so comfortable in fact I overslept! Such a good find, not overly pretentious just good quality, helpful staff and good food. Perfect for a business stop over. WiFi was also reliable.”
