”Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, hyvä pysäköinti, siistit mukavat huoneet, sijainti mukavassa ympäristössä. Vauva oli huomioitu, oli vauvalle häkkisänky, lakana ja pyyhe. Tarjolla oli myös tee ja kahvinkeittomahdollisuus ja tarvikkeet.”

”We love staying at holiday inn express. We staying in rm 16 twice now and still the bathroom door doesn’t shut properly still. Staff said no maintenance man over weekend. We explained we had stayed in this room last time we stayed with same door issue.”

”A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). I got an email on Friday asking me how my stay was going, and I realised a mistake had been made. I then spent three hours (!) on the phone trying to resolve the situation, going round the houses. I had booked the room through Expedia because of this, neither the hotel nor Expedia wanted to...

”This is a great resort tucked away on the hillside of Chelmsform. My wife and I stayed a couple days. Will definitely return.”

”Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care.”

”We enjoyed our stay at The County Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an economy double room in the annexe building. The room was clean and basic, ideal for a one night stay. The vegetarian full English breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again”

”Hotel was old, worn, dirty and cold. There is no restaurant, and no stores nearby to get food etc. Staff was nice, but that didn’t save the experience. ”

”The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the town. It is in an old building so has charm and historic interest. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms and common areas clean amd well maintained.”
