”I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!!”

”When we arrived at 1am on the first night the room was so hot, the air had not been one it eventually cooled off but took a few hours, then the next night we arrived back around 10pm and 2 of the ceiling fan blades had broken off and were on the floor of the room. The Hotel made sure we were okay and had no injuries but I think this hotel needs some updates and maintenance”

”Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware.”

”The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.”
