”My family enjoyed the pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice areas for walking near the hotel. Parking was included. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was within easy driving distance to Denver, Boulder, and Red Rocks. The lobby was spacious and clean, with a big TV lounge that had plenty of comfortable furniture for eating takeout food and relaxing. My wife liked her manicure.”

”The lights were out in half the building when I checked in, not a huge deal since it was daylight still. But housekeeping hadn't really finished cleaning my room. The floor was dirty, and there was someone's hair all over the place and things were sticky. Other than that, I've stayed in worse hotels and motels. The breakfast was way good though and the folks were pretty friendly.”

”This was a great location for our stay: close to Boulder, close to shopping, close to so many great outdoor areas for hiking. We traveled with our two small dogs. Our room was very nice, comfy and it was super quiet. The pet fee was higher than most Fairfield Inns that we stay at typically. ”Not all rooms were renovated up to the 4 star hotel standard. I was assigned to the king bed studio room on the 3rd floor, and there were several problems that made our stays less pleasant then it should. 1. Loud HVAC - it has central HVAC which was great, but it's just as loud and probably worse than the window unit. 2. Huge gaps between curtains to the wall - there's no way to fully block early morning lights from coming in due to the huge gaps between the curtains and the wall. 3. We were...

”They never cleaned my room or brought any towels”

”My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to”

”Full kitchen, but no dishes to use or dish soap/towel. Pool was not in working order. Property needs some outside cleanup. Very nice walking path to use.”

”So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. ”We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.”

”Our stay at the townhome was wonderful.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals.There was a lot of space.And we went on walks every evening right from the townhome.We even stopped at Safeway on the way back from our walks. Also, Whole Foods is just 10 minutes by car.”
