”They have no coffee or tea in the lobby if you coming after 5: 00 which is not late The breakfast was just ok no waffle nothing special”

”My husband & I were in for a business trip & initially booked for a couple days. Due to client needs, we continued to have to extend our stay for 3-4 days. The staff was “annoyed” because we came down in the morning to ask them to extend, pay & cause time into their day. This hotel is empty for a reason. Marriott is a descent chain, this property should be ashamed of themselves. Customer Service 0.”

”The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!”

”The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible.”

”I had previously stayed at this property and was always happy with it. However the property has declined and is very run down. Although it was advertised, breakfast is no longer available. The in room kitchenette has one small skillet and a colander. I asked for other pans at the front desk and was told they had a cookie sheet. Of the three dryers, only one was in service.”

”We really felt comfortable at this property. Steven was a great host; very responsive and even provided extra amenities at the home so they'd be on site if we needed them. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Each room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The property itself is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and is in a very nice area. Would recommend and stay here again!”

”We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.”
