”Very lovely setting and garden in the mist of a sheep farm. Charming hosts. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. Cutter's barn was most pleasant and we had everything that we needed for our holiday. Hostesses Duncan and Diane are most friendly, helpful, and happy to tell us about their sheep farm. Outdoor farm pet kitten Phill and sheep herder puppy Cox were very friendly. At night the stars were super bright and plentiful.”

”We've just had a two night stay. We were made to feel very welcome. The staff are friendly, thoughtful and considerate. Sally was particularly helpful, putting us in a lovely quiet room in the coachhouse, thank you Sally! Also, thank you to Michelle, again very thoughtful in seating us in a quiet little corner of the restaurant for breakfast. The hotel is full of character and history, our room was very clean and comfortable, well done to Julie and the housekeeping staff! All in all a lovely...

"Very tasty taditional English Breakfast, but also fruit & croissants available. Coffee machine including hot chocolate, several choices of tea. I really liked the perks offered for not needing cleaning every day! Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of free parking, which is needed for this kind of location. Friday night wedding kept me awake a bit, which was expected, what I did not expect was a party (assuming only on one room near to us) on a Monday night... Otherwise very comfortable beds to sleep in. The room was very clean and staff extremely nice and helpful. I wish the sauna will be changed into a proper Finnish sauna one day."

"Basic hotel. Clean, nice spacious room. Bathroom needs renovation. Taps, sink, toilet etc. Room was nice with wooden walls. Great bed. Restaurant okay. Food and service excellent, atmosphere not so much. Parking was easy. Location is nowhere, so be prepared for that. You get what you pay for."
