”Clean big room and attached washroom, good pool area…. The breakfast / bar area was okay, breakfast options were limited. Good option if you want to stay for a day or two very close to New Hope / Peddler’s Village area”

”I am going to start from the beginning… driving up to the property it looks very well maintained. Checking in was easy, but i couldn’t help but notice there were about 10 kids playing hockey and running around in the lobby. The parents were sitting outside near the fire pit, leaving the children unsupervised. We headed up to our room, to which we were greeted with a few crumbs on the floor and some stains on the sheets. After putting our stuff down we checked out the pool, it was clean but too...

”Hotel still had the smell of being new. I believe it opened in March. Unfortunately, the pool is still not completed. They have a breakfast buffet for 15.99. Looks pretty much like a breakfast you get at any other hotel. They should just have it included in the price of the stay. I we chose to go to a diner instead.”

”The hotel could definitely use some upgrades. It’s about a 15–20 minute drive from Sesame Place, which was convenient. The restaurant food was decent, and overall, I had no major complaints.”

”My partner and I came for the hot tub. We spoke to someone at IHG and they told us it was working. Ty - at the front desk - saw I was frustrated and took control over the situation. He offered a decent compromise and was adamant about helping. I truly appreciate his help and efforts. He really helped to make a disaster into a pretty good stay overall. The bacon could be a little crispier. That pool is heated a tinge above freezing. Overall though thanks to Ty (and Melissa) it was a good stay.”

”I mentioned to personnel at front desk that the lighting in the rooms need adjusting They need to be adjustable/dimmable. Sometimes you want reading lighting and sometimes you want ambiance not a fresnel lite!”

”Omg! This place is amazing!!! Britney, at the front desk, was so nice and welcoming. I have kids and I absolutely adore how family friendly it is. The kitchen, living and bedroom all had The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. Their breakfast was delicious and I appreciate that everything was labeled (they even had almond milk!). This is my spot when we visit Sesame Place!!!”
