”We had a lovely stay at River House. The views of the river were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. One of the highlights was dining at Roof, the rooftop restaurant. Even when it started raining, the clear weather canopy allowed us to stay comfortable while still enjoying the amazing views. It felt like a special, exclusive experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend River House to anyone visiting New Hope.”

”Once we arrived, check in was all virtual done in app. We got to the room and it was dirty, crumbs and hair strewn everywhere. We contacted front desk and she was nonchalant about it and offered no sympathy. We were expecting to use the pool when we arrived, this was the main reason we booked at this location. During breakfast at exactly 9am the curtain was closed on my wife as she was making her oatmeal. They could have waited out told her it’s closing time, that’s besides the point, breakfast...
