”Once you're able to get into your room, it's a nice property. That said, I've stayed at this property 4x over the past 2 months. Wait times to check in: 45 minutes, 25 minutes, 20 minutes and 42 minutes. It's dreadful. By the time folks get to check in they're angry. You can only use digital check in if you book directly with L'auberge. The problem is: booking directly with them is more expensive than other options, so no one books directly with them. Hence, no one can check in digitally......

”Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online.”

”Way better than Hilton any day. The free breakfast was amazing. Hilton I've been to make you pay for that. Were due to stay with you guys again in July. Also loved the van service to the casinos. I was able to enjoy myself more and not worry about driving”

”If you are just looking for someplace to rest your head, this is a decent place. The building is old, it has been remodeled but still shows its age. The remodel looks like a DIY situation. Train tracks run behind the building and could wake you. It’s not the most quiet location, but it could we so much worse. ”

”Hotel was clean. Staff did not clean room in a timely manner and provide clean towels. I didn't know it was a requirement to request staff to clean room and make beds”

” First room ceiling had water damage, second room ceiling also had water damage. They had de humidifiers in the hall and also roach hotels. We will never atay here again.”

”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”More like a man camp than a hotel. Didn’t have the room I originally booked. Room they gave me was gross. Everything sticky. Asked for a refund, front desk claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think she even knew how to process a refund in the first place. I left the property.”

”No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave. ”
