”Just wished I would have gotten a room on the 1st floor, like I requested. This was not a vacation trip but a medical trip.My girlfriend has trouble walking and needs a room close to the lobby.”

”Big casinos like Golden Nuggets is just 2-3 mins drive from this hotel. Spacious room , super clean , friendly and polite staff, tasty & fresh buffet breakfast with plenty of sitting space to enjoy with family. My family had a relaxing stay !!”

”Tupakan polttamia peittoja ja muutenkin aika rähjäinen paikka. ”

”Clean room, was quiet even as it was next to busy street.”

”Clean rooms and kind staff”

”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”Todo muy bien.”

”When we got to the property after calling and telling them we would have a late check in because the McNeese football game ran later because of a lightning delay, the door was locked. Took a while to finally get checked in. The next morning there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner! You have to go down to the desk and check these things out!! Where in the world does this happen!?!? No where but Studio 6 in Lake Charles! Will never stay here again.”
