”I am writing to report a significantly misleading and disappointing experience at CC Papagayo, which ultimately caused us to leave the property and transfer to another hotel.
The hotel listing advertised multiple amenities and experiences that were either unavailable or materially different from what was represented. ”Hotel Riu a wonderful place to stay with family. The room was clean, amenities were nice. The only observation we had was some restaurants were closed, and due to the food was great, reservation to restaurants will be highly suggested. But nevertheless, our stay was perfect.”

”Hands down the best resort. They staff was so friendly. I felt safe and welcomed. They did not ask for tips or make me feel like I had to give. I felt welcomed and was said hello by everyone. The food was good. It truly was a Pura Vida. I will go back again for sure. I highly recommend staying here. I left feeling peaceful and wanting to see more and so more. I am thankful to be blessed the opportunity to experience paradise.”

”To big area, moving difficult despite the shuttle. Entering to Hotel difficult. Although we had reservation number in mobile phone the guards hesitated to let us enter the Hotel area. In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...

”Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us )
Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance.
Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management.”
