”The pools were clean, staff was great. The property needs lots of updates. Only had one working elevator. The door to the room was getting stuck opening and closing. The ceiling fan was making a terrible noise when turned on. Room was hot without the use of fan. The toilet room smelled of urine not sure if the seal around toilet needed to be redone. ”

”The property was very nice. Spa was great. Villa was amazing. Restaurants need help. Service is very slow and you have to get up from table to ask for things. Didn’t like that the pool Bar/Restaurant closed so early. Pools are also way too warm. ”

”We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. ”
