”Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

”Cannot say enough great things about our stay. It is the best VRBO property we've stayed at on an all-around basis. Great communication and help from the owner, Ana and Freddy are fantastic, the home is beautiful and perfect for 8-10 people, and Costa Rica is beautiful. Staying here you get to experience more of the local towns than you would staying at a resort. Do not hesitate booking a stay during the rainy season. There's still plenty to do (sometimes more fun in the rain), and still...
