”Staff at the front desk were really helpful! Hotel was a bit dingy,and for example towels looked pretty dirty. But if u only sleep and take a shower at the hotel,this suits you well! Location was excellent! Rooms were really noisy :/”

”Booked a “premium suite” and paid a premium price for a suite that has no dedicated shower. The shower is a handheld inside a huge jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain! Your bathing options are to fill and drain an enormous spa size tub or slip & slide on uneven jacuzzi seats spraying water everywhere. The hotel response “you booked a jacuzzi suite”. Apparently not an issue they fail to mention the suite has no shower. The grounds are nice but the rooms and resort are dated and frankly this...

”We had a 3 night stay, and overall it was very good. The house keeping staff were amazing, the restaurant staff however did not welcome guests or give the impression that they wanted to be there. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The building and surroundings are beautiful. ”

”Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive.
