”The hotel is well located since it is within a walking distance from central SJO. Atmosphere in the hotel is excellent as well as service. Yes - the breakfast could be larger or the pool bigger, but I always assess locations from a price/quality perspective and stress cleanliness and security. And from these points of view, Santo Tomas is a first rate choice. Highly recommended. I would go again. ”

Keskustasijainti teki lentokentälle matkustamisesta perjainta iltapäivällä hippasen jännittävää - varaa aikaa!”

”Beautiful property-fun vintage touches and well designed spaces. Plants and a surprising rooftop garden complement the overall look. Good customer service-Javier in the lobby was especially helpful. Room had everything we needed and bedding was of good quality. Lovely restaurant with good food although service seemed off - we weren’t checked on and had to ask for menus to order wine and dessert. Great breakfast selections. ”

”Convenient location. One minute walk to Plaza Culture. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, wish I had gotten the males name to give him a kudos to his boss. Bilingual staff. Good breakfast with friendliest staff. Gym only had small amount of equipment but used Smart Fit nearby for $13 USD each day pass. Beautiful common areas that look very nice. Comfy bed and cold air conditioning. ”

”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”
