”My wife and I had a wonderful time at Beachfront Bungalows! It's a beautiful, well-maintained property, the room was exactly what we needed, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very peaceful and wonderful place to spend a week, surrounded by nad close in proximity to Manzanillo, Coccles and Puerto Viejo. We would definitely visit Bungalows again!”

”The property was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the complimentary breakfast to the beautiful pool, and reserved poolside chairs we loved it. They informed us of some community amenities and held our bags until the check in. We were allowed to check in a bit early also. Clean and well organized smaller hotel. We will return!”

”The hotel is very modern and clean. My suite was very large and the surroundings are lovely. Staff is very friendly and the guard pointed me some animals hidden in the garden. Like a sloth having a nap in bar stool. Pool is nice but not for swimming. It's not deep enough. Lots of it is kids pool or ankle deep sitting water. Big pool all in all but for sitting, not swimming. Bring earplugs to sleep with because of the howler monkeys. They truly are loud and start at 5am. You hear them more at...

”Fantastic Host and staff. I was able to stay in two different locations here. The beach access was awesome if you’re looking for something away from the public beaches. Those can be crowded on the weekends. Across the street are an Italian and Argentinian restaurant, both very good. You can rent a bike or motorcycle as well at a shop about a 100m down the road. For me it was the perfect location that wasn’t in the crowded towns but not too remote.”

”Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer ruime kamer. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het zwembad is niet heel groot en er zijn niet veel ligbedden. De ligging is aan de rand van Puerto Viejo maar fietsverhuur en restaurants nog steeds op loopafstand.”

”We absolutely loved our stay at Almonds & Corals! The staff are caring & lovely!!! This location is at the beach, and has boardwalk throughout & down to the beach. There are stations near the beach to rinse, which is great, and there are padded loungers or tables & chairs, both with umbrellas. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. They do have steps though. Some have AC… ours did which we appreciated very much! But when it is cooler some of the windows can open to air it out & enjoy the...

”Precioso hotel en la playa. Personal muy servicial y amable. Zona de la piscina preciosa. Puedes ver fauna local en sus instalaciones.”

”I can only praise and give positive feedback!! Lovely place & lovely couple who owns it and takes care of you, proposes activities, tells stories about the food, locations etc. Lovely breakfast available every morning, in adittion to the coffee available every morning, which they bring to your room. Lovely place with sloths, birds etc around the premises. Lovely location a bit out of town but close to a nice beach, a store and still only a few min drive from town.”

”Amazing”

”The property was quaint and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you for everything.”
