”Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. ”The Beachfront bungalow was very clean and pretty. Exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and well cared for, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the beach area- it was crowded and not as clean as I expected. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I wish the beach experience had matched the quality of the bungalow itself. ”

”Wow - what a fantastic experience we had!! This hotel is so gorgeous and lovely - each room is a joy. We had an upper floor room with an open air balcony overlooking the ocean, and a ground floor room with a massive bath tub! We ate many meals at the wonderful hotel restaurant. The black sand beach was amazing - the water clear warm and gentle. A great experience!!”

”This place was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Quiet, right across from the beach and fairly priced! The food was great from the breakfast buffet to dinner as well as dessert! Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area!”

”The hotel is very modern and clean. My suite was very large and the surroundings are lovely. Staff is very friendly and the guard pointed me some animals hidden in the garden. Like a sloth having a nap in bar stool. Pool is nice but not for swimming. It's not deep enough. Lots of it is kids pool or ankle deep sitting water. Big pool all in all but for sitting, not swimming. Bring earplugs to sleep with because of the howler monkeys. They truly are loud and start at 5am. You hear them more at...

”We enjoyed our very short stay at La Bonita Lodge. Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage so we spent most of our day in San Jose buying clothes before heading down to Puerto Viejo. We arrived late but had a nice dinner at Banana Azul and then were able to use the easy to follow directions to gain access to the property and our room. The room was spotless and welcoming. ”Der Aufenthalt in Playa Negra Guesthouse war sehr erholsam. Sobald man das Gelände betritt, ist man fasziniert von dem gepflegten Garten und der Vielfalt an Tieren. Wir hatten das Glück ca. 2 m von unserer Terrasse ein Faultier zu beobachten, wie es vom Baum herunterklettert. Beide Gastgeber waren herzlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
