”We had a wonderful time here. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Even though the beach was closed for renovations, we had a wonderful time using the alternative set up at Jack’s. It was a great vacation.”

”Parking was always available. Staff will come into your room even when you have the do not disturb signage on the handle. Sunshine grill was fantastic. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hidden resort fee was a surprise. Didn’t really get an explanation since we booked on Expedia and paid a resort fee with the original booking. Had to pay an additional resort fee on a per day basis upon departure. Wish they were more transparent about this.”

The hospitality here was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome, we were immediately pressured into a timeshare presentation. The front desk staff lacked enthusiasm, appeared indifferent, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, their lack of flexibility ruined our plans. ”Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance from the gorgeous 7 miles beach and restaurants. The restaurant downstairs the hotel has awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ice cream shop downstairs is amazing reminds me of ice cream back home in Jamaica. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.”
