”A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”

”Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...

”The grounds and Williamsburg era residence are lovely. The pools are large and appealing. We thought the dining would be less casual and had to go elsewhere for dinner. We also didn’t want karaoke, just a quiet dinner. Fine for families with kids not for more sophisticated travelers.”
