”The hotel was in a great location and was very nice! Would recommend to others”

”Misleading “credit” for not changing sheets out daily. Supposed to be $75 credit. Was told at check in it would be a credit against my bill at check out. ”Great location. Amazing view. Easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. So many great local eats. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Clean room and whole facility. Great staff, very helpful.”

”We love Charleston Place! Our first time and will do it again and again! The lobby, the grand staircase, the staff, service, dining options, et al! Truly amazing all around!”

”The price and location are great but it’s a dirty place with roach problems. Carpets need replacing very badly! Stained and stink! It all needs painting and updating or demolition. Cantina has nothing but junk snacks, nothing healthy!”
