”Clean room, great environment. There were some glitches, one day we didn't have hot water and we didn't have a phone in the room to call front desk. But overall, would definitely go back. Great location and all very nice folks working there. ”

”I am extremely disappointed with our stay and nobody from management reached out during this time or after. During our stay the elevator (one elevator because the other is not operational) kept going down and I was with my physically handicapped child and no one reached out to see if we were ok. My daughter kept having to climb 4 flights of stairs in pain. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and wears full leg braces to assist her walking and has pins and plates in both her knees which makes stairs...

”Rooms need some TLC they are worn out. I didn't have anyone come to clean my room. First day I had put the sign do not disturb, the second day I did not. Not sure what happened there. Partial beach view was nice. Never had the breakfast but seemed like bagels and pancakes, cereal and fruit. Coffee/tea was nice to have. ”

”The Emeline was located in the perfect location right next to the Market making it easily walkable to everything downtown. The courtyard was an excellent place to enjoy a night cap. I do wish I had upgraded our room. It was very small. We barely had room to put our luggage and walk around. Bedding was comfortable. ”

”This a very nice boutique hotel located in a convenient area in Charleston. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The lobby and bar area is small but quaint. ”

”We paid about 600.00 per night for the "city view" and our view was the back of the property, complete with 5 open dumpsters and a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was really nice and the location is great.”

”The location is exceptional. You won't even need a car. The breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were very good. I would say don't get the smallest room. There is just not enough space to put your stuff. ”

”We had a great experience at this hotel. It is located right off the interstate so travel was easy. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the stay, The morning breakfast offered wide variety of food each day. Dinner had fewer options but was good quality food. Room (2 queens) was modern but a bit small. Bathroom was modern and clean. Kids enjoyed their time at the pool and hot tub. Pool towels were provided. Overall we had a great time. Would stay in Drury hotel again.”

”Arrived for a 3 pm checkin and didn't get our room until 5 pm. Reserved a king bed and received two double beds. Very small room and can hear everything and everyone in the hallway. Valet is a requirement and you have to have the car brought around every time you need something out of the car. The Starbucks baristas are enormously rude, ignore you, people who had paid where actually leaving without their drinks, orders took over 30 minutes to receive every time, rooms enormously overpriced for...
