I was also charged for things I did not have on my ticket and the addition to $100 smoking fee, which I don’t smoke. I work in oncology and I would never smoked a day in my life. They finally took the charge off, but they refused to take the other charge off so I said that I would dispute the charge,...

”The rooms were nice. The front desk staff was unfriendly. The Fish House was good (friendly staff) You need Golf Channel available. You don’t. No soft drink vending machines or snacks available. Need more waitresses for the pool area (only one)”

”The pool is everything! The staff is so kind. The interior is gorgeous. You have bikes available and can cycle around the city. But it is centrally located so easy to walk around as well. I had the best facial I have ever had in my life and you have to treat yourself to the energy balls they make from scratch. Quite delicious! I only had unique and delicious food from the pool and restaurant. A Mediterranean flare which was very unique. 5 stars!!!”

”The Palmetto is a beautiful hotel. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom had an amazing shower and was spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Continental breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and retail shops.
