”We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning system. If you can sleep through any level of noise, this may not bother you, but for us it made the stay very uncomfortable. Each room has a standard window AC unit, ours was extremely loud—louder than the refrigerator located directly across from the bed. Whenever the AC turned on, the walls would vibrate, and the vibration could be felt while lying in bed. We...

”I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing.”

”Motellimainen ja epäsiisti olemus. Aulatila ja aamupalatila ok. Huone epäsiisti, vanhahtava. Tunkkainen haju. Likaiset lakanat ensimmäisessä huoneessa, toisessa huoneessa hyvin likainen kokolattiamatto. Kovaääninen ilmastointi sekä huonot äänieristeet ulos ja toisiin huoneisiin.

”Overall, everything was lovely, but the breakfast was more "grab and go" than a sit-down buffet-type.
If you have mobility issues -- the toilet-height was more child-height.
If you need a taller commode, ask for accessibility room.
We were there overnight, so I didn't bring my elevated seat.
These were are only "bad" comments.
We stayed there overnight on the way to St. Augustine and back home again.

”The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience.”

”Remembering it was Memorial Day weekend the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend Help was late getting there so breakfast was supposed to be. I think at 6:30 or six and the lights weren’t turned on till 20 minutes late. Also the Jacuzzi Jets were not properly functioning but we were made aware of that at check-in.”
