”Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.”

”Simple room with comfortable bed, no air conditioning but our nights cooled down. The rooms are above a pub that often stayed busy till @ 11pm. For us, the noise never bothered us. Wasn't too fond of the smokers, but we delt with it. It was wonderful to have a pub below, we could wander down in the evening for a nightcap, play some cards, or grab a dessert. The town was lovely to take an evening walk in. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed them all. We really enjoyed our stay here,...
