”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came.
I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”A lovely hotel, centrally located in Banbury. The hotel Inc reception, corridors and rooms were immaculate and fresh. Parking was readily available and free. We opted for the buffet breakfast option which was excellent value. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.
